(Note: Later in the bio(after the hunter finds him) it will go to the view point of the Na'vi hunter)
Name: Tsru'les
Race: Navi
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Height: 10'5
Eye color: Amber with red ring
Hair color: Black
Family status: He is an orphan
Mate: None till much later
Clan: Feral Woodland Tribe of the East
Appearance: Lean but very muscular. Not overly big. He wears hair into 4 separate small braids with a central, larger 5th braid containing his queue. Has a large scar on his back from an object puncturing him; foreign object made smaller exit scar (between & above) nipple line. Calf muscles are much larger than other Na’vi via gene mutation(muscular hypertrophy) which later on, give him the strength to jump very high, larger canine teeth, and a long tongue.
Bio: Tsru'les is born two years before the arrival of the first Sky People.
At age 8, his parents encouraged him to come with them to the school, where a tawtute who looks like a Na’vi is teaching about sawtutes’ language, culture, history, and their world. After a couple of months, he has developed a good understanding of the sky people. He has been fascinated by their styles of culture, like their dancing. . Also while there, he became friends with a pair of sisters from the Omatikaya village. One of their names was Neytiri. One morning, Tsru'les was studying the sawtutes' history of how there was a great war with his parents when they heard a huge ruckus coming from outside. All of a sudden, bullets started coming through the walls, but as he and his parents attempted to escape the building, some bullets found their mark into his parents’ back. They fell down dead. Than an explosion erupted above his head and the whole roof of the room came down upon him.
Tsru'less was pinned underneath much rubble, staring straight into the lifeless eyes of his mother. He lays there for days crying; he was impaled through the chest by a rod, so he couldn’t move. After a week, his thirst became too great, so he forces himself to do the unthinkable. In order to survive, to have some chance at living to exact revenge upon the Sky People, he takes the body of his mother and, after taking one last look into her eyes, he sinks his teeth into her neck and began sucking at the blood; drinking it. He does this ever so as to be conservative and not run out. After several days he finishes his mother, and began working on his father. Tears well up in his eyes as he goes through this agonizing process again. After more days, he finished his father’s body off. He is very tired so he decides to go to sleep. He dreams of all the happy times with his parents; of how they would play with him in the river creek, their staying up late, telling him stories before he went to sleep, and how they would always hold him between them as they slept. He then begins dreaming of the day of the attack; how he saw his parents’ bodies shudder from the fatal shots in their backs, and their blood covering his face. He wakes up screaming. He screams and he cries, holding his dead parents’ hands in his. As fate would have it for him, a Na’vi hunter crossing the area of the school heard his cries. He runs towards the collapsed section of the school, listening for more cries. He heard it again, coming about 10ft under a pile of rubble. He begins digging, moving chunks of debris of various sizes away from the source of the noise. He finally sees the body of an adult Na’vi. He moves some more rubble until he sees another adult Na’vi. He hears the crying again and he notices a hand of each of the adults leads underneath a large board. After picking up the board, he finds the body of a child, holding the hands of the two other Na’vi. He pulls out a large rod that had punctured the child’s chest. He picks the child up and he notices his blood covered his teeth and mouth. The Na’vi hunter than notices the two adults; their bodies looked like tree roots. He checks some interesting wounds on their necks and determines they’re about the same size as the child’s canine teeth. He pictures what might have happened and trembles at the thought. He takes the child to his pa’li and secures him to the beast. He takes the child back to his village; at least there, they can nurse him back to health.
Age 14: Tsru'les has been adopted into the feral village already; the Na’vi hunter who rescued him chose to raise him along with his other son. His mate was very happy to help. Tsru'les has made incredible progress with his tracking and hunting skills, but instead of bows, he prefers knives. His adoptive dad tries to convince him out of this way, but Tsru'les was intractable. He carries at least 8 knives on him when he goes to hunt. One thing that has become very obvious now is his large calves. He can jump clear over a pa’li. The hunters have never seen anything like it. A week later, he surprised us again when he brought a palulukan pup into the village. His father immediately told him to hand him the pup so he can take it back to the place where Tsru'les found it. Tsru'les told him that it was alone, wandering aimlessly around. His father didn’t believe him, b/c that was unlike palulukan parents to leave their young alone. He and a group of hunters searched the forest around the area Tsru'les found the pup; when they all returned, one of the hunters spoke of how a pair of palulukans, dead, were being hauled into a tawtute village. The father knew Tsru'les would be upset to hear this, so when we told him, we let him keep the young pup.
Age 15: Tsru'les has gotten very proficient at hunting & tracking. We even watched him get so close to a yerik that with a spin motion, he threw a pair of knives that struck true. He felled the animal and, with his strong legs, even carried it back to camp. We believe he’s ready, even though he is still young, so we take him to Iknimaya, to the nests of the ikran. We dropped him off with an elder hunter and watched his progress upon our own ikrans. At one point where Na’vi would need to climb a vine, he took one good squat and exploded from the ground. He must’ve leaped vertically at least 25ft. When he finally reaches the ikran nesting grounds, he listens to the directions of the elder hunter and goes forward without a hint of nervousness. We wait for a while before suddenly, from a large crack, came a nice, young ikran. We didn’t see it there before, but knew why when we saw it. It was a very dark blue, almost black, with a red stripe down its middle. Tsru'les looked at if for a moment and knew that one was the one, even before the ikran challenged him. He became victorious after a fierce fight. It wasn’t until we got back to the village that we knew how he knew that ikran was meant for him. Right below the right lung, was a red scar, in the exact same place as Tsru'les's scar was. We had a celebration that night after the ceremony for Tsru'les and the other successful Na'vi. Though he tamed a ikran, we all decided that he was still too young to make a bond with the woman of his choice. It didn’t faze him at all when we told him this. He just seemed like he had something else on his mind.
Age 17: We decided Tsru'les was old enough to have his woman, but when we told him this, he just smiled and said thanks. We were all taken by a bit of surprise, since he’s become the most skilled fighter and hunter, and he’s become very tall and, to most of the Na’vi women in the village, very attractive. There were plenty of women who would make very good mates for him. We couldn’t think of what would make him not pick one.
Age 19: Tsru'les has grown into the best ikran/thanator rider, best fighter, and also the tallest one. His constant dancing has made his movements at everything almost poetic, like he’s dancing while doing everything. Though he’s been able whenever he feels like it, he hasn’t taken to a woman yet. Many of us elders are worried about what could be bothering him. Most Na’vi men would be trying to have a family by now. Was there something bothering him, or was he just nervous, or what?
This character's story can happen two ways I guess. One: I use a story I already wrote b/c I got bored, and just let this be for people's entertainment. Two: I can write some of the story up to a good starting position and people can come RP from there.
